La Squadra mobile ha scoperto che lo stabile ospitava solo ed esclusivamente spacciatori e ha arrestato 13 persone. Gli acquirenti, provenienti anche da province limitrofe a Frosinone, sapevano che in ogni momento del giorno e della notte potevano liberamente e senza preavviso recarsi nel palazzo e acquistare qualsiasi tipo di droga.
